I am delighted to be introducing “Globe Academia”, an initiative of GAISL for on-job training and skill development of all our team members.

Our ambition is to drive a high-performance culture, putting technology at the heart of GAISL, remaining true to our values and our purpose: to help people do more, feel better, live longer.

In recent years this industry has entered into a period of significant change bringing both challenges and opportunities. In addition, despite improved delivery, it is also clear there are several areas that need to be strengthened, especially employee skill development.
